With that said, we are looking for a ‘Supr’ individual to join our team in Malta as an Affiliate Manager. The ideal candidate shall have the following:
- Manage and grow existing affiliate accounts for all SuprNation brands.
- Monitor and review performance of these accounts to ensure return on investment and hitting agreed KPIs.
- Help create, plan and execute affiliate acquisition, retention and reactivation in existing as well as new markets.
- Analyse results of these campaigns ensuring they contribute to overall dept. targets.
- Collaborate with other members of the team to deliver best practice that may have a positive impact on other areas of the business.
- Negotiate to obtain the best arrangements and pricing from affiliate partners.
- Create promotions and newsletter communications to affiliate marketers.
- Attend industry events both locally and overseas.
- Has 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager for (an) online casino(s)
- Possesses strong sales and negotiation skills
- Has his/her own network of affiliates or media buying partners in the online casino market
- Is fluent in English, both verbally and written
- Preferably has knowledge of one or more other languages
